TISEAN Extension

This project provides a small set of command line applications extending the TISEAN program package for non-linear time series analysis.

The current release (tisean-extension-0.5.0.tar.bz2) of this package contains two programs. integr integrates ordinary differential equations and maps and bifurc solves bifurcations for one system-variable and parameter for differential equations. Booth applications read there systems from a file using a XPPAUT like language.
